agency believes each person regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex,
national origin or disability is entitled to optimize his/her potential
as an individual.
We recognized the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each
person. We provide home care to individuals in other that they can
maximize their contributions to themselves, families and society. The
individual's self respect is enhanced. The person who may otherwise be
unable to do so, is provided with assistance to be better able to remain
