A non-medical assessment is conducted to determine client’s functional capabilities, to identify their needs, and to determine what services are required to assist them to attaining and maintaining optimum independence. This assessment is free with no obligations.
Our care Managers monitors services closely and communicates with the family and or responsible parties.
